It is time to unwind as Startup Grind hosts its end of the year meetup, tagged “the Networking party“, on Saturday, December 17th, 2016. Generally, Startup Grind is a global startup community designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs through monthly events.
To enumerate, Speakers at past Lagos meetups include:
- Tayo Oviosu of Paga
- Marek Zmyslowski of Jovago
- Jeremy Johnson of Andela
- Jason Njoku and Bastian Gotter of Iroko.
The Lagos Chapter Director, Uwem Uwemakpan, said the event would be a time for Lagos entrepreneurs to bond and learn. Also they can network and share creative solutions to challenges businesses face. The main aim is to create a support system to aid growth of Nigerian businesses.
Powered by Google for Entrepreneurs, these events are hosted in 200 cities and 85 countries. They feature successful local founders, innovators, educators and investors. For the most part, these people share personal stories and lessons learned on the road to building great companies.
